Apple snails

shes laid a lot of eggs so far like 3 batches each 2-3inches long and 1/2 inch wide but ive been having trouble keeping the babies alive
 
What color are they? Posting photos of their eggs will help me determine the exact ID. The egg colors and appearance tend to help much more if shells are doubtful.
 
Oh right. That's Pomacea canaliculata as I suspected and yes, Hawaii has those invasive species.

im gonna put them in a 40 gallon with driftwood and anubis attatched.
They wont eat anubis right? i heard that fish and snails wont eat it
 
They will eat the anubias. Anubias may have tough leaves but they also bite roughly thus are able to consume them.
 
ill remove the driftwood then.

Would a hang on the back filter be fine like an ac 70 or penguin filter thing (whatever its called)
 
ac is an aquaclear just so you know i forgot to change it because some people dont know the abbreviation
 
sorry for the triple post but would feeding them boiled vegies like zuchini or lettuce be okay? (babies)
