The annoying thing is that if there are certain fish posted they almost always win, no matter if there are better pictures. Posting ANY picture of an asian arowana is almost a sure fire way to win....or polypterus. Its all about the most popular fish on the board, and then posting pictures of it.

I agree that's why I try to be objective and pick what I think is the best overall pic for MFK. That's why this month although I'm not a big piranha guy I went with #5 just because it's a good pic (color, quality, unique).

If a person loses to someone who took a better pic, or has a better subject so be it, but let just make a pop contest...

And if you would like to argue that it is not a pop contest when names are involved you are more gullible than I thought...

I will refrain from future contests then... maybe update rules and allow people to have water markings and such if you are allowing it for others...
