A lot depends on the elecrical uses.
How long does the heater stay on ( you dont know unless you watch the light turn off and on for a day and time its "on" time)?
How old is the pump (the actual load can change over time)?

Go to www.practicalfishkeeping.co.uk ull have to register but if u go to 'Calculators' then 'Electricity Cost Calculators' change £'s to $'s an ur 'cost per KWhr' u shoould be able to get a pretty acurate amount on ur costs.
