Which would you go with? I need to filter a 50 Gallon Show Tank with a heavy stock of African Cichlids.
AquaClear 110 Or Marineland Emp 400?

It's marineland not fluval that makes the emp.400 But either way I would go with the AC110 it has a better bio capacity and a flowrate of 500 GPH as opposed to 400 with the emp.
Also you should still be able to get AC110 from Dr. Foster and smith for $45.

I saw that thread before but had forgot about it, Thanks for the link. Should I do the 110, or two 70's. I know that Africans are not heavy waste producers, just wondering?
you will love em. bio rings in the second baskets it is a show tank after all. more mech = clearer water. would run 2 ac110 if thats the way u go too.
