Im using filtersand, because it won't stick to the rays.

Today i took a little swing. Freezingcold with 11 degrees. Just added some woods and plants. Now i need to wait untill the wood sinks and then i can positionate it.

Tank looks amazing, love what you've done with the substrate and rocks, my one petty little gripe is those big bubble streams just kill the natural look for me!!! Love the soft toy rays though, too cute.

And why the sturgeons? I Thought this was going to be a ray tank, aren't they cold water fish? (they do look cool tho, but I sure wouldn't pick them over rays!)

just read this thread from first to last... absolutley amazing build!

You realy get a feel for the size when a grown man is swimming laps in his tank. Heel cool

The tank is really big, but from the frontside is looks smaller because you can't get a feeling of the dept. But from the sideview it looks amazing!

I agree that the bubbles arent natural. But there really usefull for watermovement on the surface. They also lift alot of dirt from the bottom. But they are adjustable. I can also get them off.
It will be a ray tank for sure. I kept stingrays for years and i cant wait to get my first ray in the tank again. The sturgeons are indeed cold water fish. But they can also be kept at higher tempertures. I normally keep my rays between the 26-28 degrees. The sturgeons are a little experience and hopefully they survive.

FISHESSSSSSSS, WHERE ARE THE FISHES ? hahahah Nice work !

First goldfish will be swimming in the tank on monday :). I added 30 kg of salt in the water to get the bad 'elements' out of the water. (sorry my english isnt that good).

looking realy nice... sturgeons or rays??

Rays for sure!!!! (and stugerons ;))
