Saltwater mandarin fish and seahorses too. They both need refugiums to breed amphipods as food. Seahorses also need anchoring places, so that's another bonus.

Mantis shrimps: thick glass/acrylic that doesn't reflect, storage for live food, burrow, good filtration, equipment hidden/covered to prevent breakage.

Or it could even be as simple as a rack with drip system and constant waterchanges for bettas, make it exaggerated with a reverse osmosis system, auto feeding of flakes and life food (with compartments to store and breed them) such as daphnia, live brine shrimp, baby brine shrimp, bloodworms, blackworms, vinegar eels, auto lights (specifying type such as T5, metal halide)

Or a turtle or a caudate (newt-like animal) with a cooling system (for hot climates) and a compartment with live food (crickets, mealworms, pillbugs)
