My personal opinion is that its fine, the "crack?" in the first set of pictures is a bit worrying but if it held up fine for 5 months then you should be fine.
So tonight while taking the pictures I felt around the "crack" and I can feel the lines with my nail on the glass. (Where it looks cracked). So I marked the glass with painters tape height and width of the crack to see if it grows at all. If it does.... Then what?!
Looks like your going to have to drain and reseal it once it grows enough or starts to leak. You can just get two pieces of glass and silicone it to the crack and that should be sufficient.
