If the temp inside the garage is actually 115*, your gonna have dead fish. That's too hot for them to live for any extended period of time, not to mention oxygenation in the water. If you can get an AC unit and keep the garage below 90, I would say you should be fine, but that is a big if.

Also try taking temperature measurements when the garage door is about a foot open?

When I'm in my garage when it's hot, I just open the garage door little bit and open the smaller door that's for people on the opposite side and it makes it considerably cooler
