Thanks guys. So there is no cross brace on the tank and sticker on the bottom is also absent. The thickness of the glass is 1cm which is 3/8 though. And im not sure what you mean by clips on the frame, but i got the picture and thinking the those clips you talking about might be present=(. Not sure if silicon is factory or whatnot.

Yep that's the clips I was talking about. Some people get away with having them as aquariums but I wouldn't take the chance. Trust me it sucks. I had a chance at a 300g for 100$ and was to afraid because it was a reptile. Since your glass is thick enough you could DIY cross brace or just buy the top frame. And bottom with a cross brace and re do the silicone wouldn't be to much $ or work. .

I would give it a try as long as the glass is thick enough you should be fine. Not sure tho if its tempered glass tho I'd do a silicone re do and a cross brace and try it and keep a eye on it
