Not to beat a dead horse here, but it's not "if", it's "when" something bad happens. I can guarantee you that once the Oscar hits 8" or so, the rams and kribensis will be eaten. Perhaps even sooner. An Oscar in clean water will grow on average an inch per month until mature. So most likely within 6 months, the small fish will be eaten. If you want to give the rest of the fish a year, sure, but the small dwarf cichlids will not last a year. I'd either find a new home for them, or get a smaller tank to keep them in. You've been made aware of this now, if they get eaten, it's only because you didn't care to move them.
