aquarium stand

Again assuming the phrase "properly built" that stand will hold almost 10x that weight.

*When you built did you use glue as well as screwing it together?
*Did you use at least 3" screws. also pre drilled helps by not weakening the wood from splitting.
*Is it level?

Pharoah did a post on the strength of wood we use for our aquarium stands.

Truth be told then you should be good. The plywood skin will kill any lateral movement. I just built a workbench and I put my 300# carcas on it with little movement and it is built half that sturdy.
