Since you are from Sri Lanka, what is the source of your water? Is it from a well, a water plant, a river, etc?

from the water plant nothing wrong with the water as iv been using it for years for water changes i did a 40 % water change now the water seems to be clearing up

Just because water is from a plant doesn't mean it can't get accidentally contaminated from time to time. I would clean out filters, replace mechanical filter medias, and keep doing daily water changes with substrate cleaning until water goes clear again.

from what you've said, it's possible it's tannins from the driftwood, some wood can still leak them after a year or more. the charcoal would filter it out, when the charcoal filled up you would see the tannins build up again.
pull out the wood and keep up on the charcoal replacement and it will probably clear up.
tannins are no problem for the fish, and in many cases are beneficial. I use indian almond leaves in my blackwater tanks to keep the water that golden brown color.

thanks guys i cleaned the filter media and did multiple water changes now the tank looks bettter
