prices on YOY gators seems to increase steadily at about $10/year, give or take a bit. for some reason they are harder and harder to come by, but that's because the LFS sources seem to be overseas as opposed to the farm-raised fish we have in the US (which are going back into native populations, etc).
ALSO, make sure you clarify you want a gator...i've ordered from online sellers before and received FLG's instead. i think most vendors who advertise here on MFK do a much better job than many outside. Aquascape has done quite well with their ID in the recent past---
