Aquatech 30-60 vs Millinuem 3000

Im seting up a 40 gal I have both filters the 3000 will be stock but the 30-60 will have 2 refillable trays full of eheim pro bio so whitch filter should I use. The tank will house 1 fw cichlid at 9 inchs for about 6 months only.

I thought of that but if u had to choose I like to keep 1 filter as a back up in case ne one of my tanks filters crash.

Run both on that tank and if another filter crashes then take one off. Sorry though don't answer the exact question of which is better.

i hooked both up to a established tank im really likeing the 3000 it has more flow and a air feature does any body else use these HOB filters and how do you like these two. my empereor 400 has been been running for over 10 yrs now.
