Unfortunately that is the 1st edition. I would pay $80 for the 2nd edition in a heartbeat

Sweet book...though I wouln't ever pay that much for a book that isn't a literature anthology or econometrics textbook. Anyone want to high-quality scan and make it torrent? Not worth the price IMO...
