I need to buy a new water changer because my python one broke. The tubing snapped out of the casing and the plastic cracked.

Is the Aqueon water changer any better than the Python? I'm thinking about getting it because it's a little cheaper. Which one is better?

Python 100%!!

The aqueon is a pos IMO it cracked where it screws to the faucet and where the hose connects to the peace that connects to the faucet and the intake connection that siphons out gravel I might go to home depot and ask for a MAN one to be made for me

i got a 50' aqueon and works fine for me. i had to buy another adapter piece for the faucet. it striped when i was trying to screw it on cause different thread sizes. other then that didnt really any problems with mine.

With either one just get the brass faucet adapter and have an extra faucet pump because they do break. I have the python and have no complaints. I'm on my 4th faucet pump since 2007 and I always stock an extra one just in case because 5 gallon buckets and two large tanks (used to be five) don't mix.

I find python more durable...have had my current one 7 years no issues
