starve him for a month.he will start eating.I had a Aro that would not eat any dry food I put in.he started eating the dry food I was putting in the tank.
Market prawn (de-shelled first) - that usually works. my arapaimas are not picky. when they grow larger they really eat just about anything. Hikari floating pellets works well too - too would be pricey to feed paimas in long run. Couple of days is not starving though if you have tank mates they can be quite vicious when hungry.
