Idk how you could confuse 4' ( 2 feet smaller than me) or 14' ( More than double my size). He has a shop in china town.

Well my friend own Giant Aquarium and the store is not in Chinatown. It's in South Philadelphia and he is the one that I am talking about with 3 large Gigas (about 4' long in the in wall tank). They are not 14', don't know where you got that info from.

Have you even been to Giant aquarium in person? It's very hard to mistake a 4' feet from a 14'. Tell me how you get 14 feet from the gigas you see in the wall and I don't mean add them them either. There isn't enough room for anything beyond 6 feet long. Those were babies when it came to the store over 2 years ago. So for those who are interested, they will grow very big.

I don't know my friend's friend but if you are are his friend, I don't mean to expose you but I am sure he doesn't want BS linking info linking to his store. Telling folks that there are 14' gigas is pure BS!

nope, no pic, then its not true. Academy of arts and science in SF has a few, not even 14' and the enclosure is still super big. So big the greater local public knows about it. If this were true, I dont think you would be the only one posting about it here. Post some pics and prove us wrong.

I am giving him hell because he is telling folks that someone is selling 14' gigas for $7000. Based on the info so far, that someone sounds like my friend and he doesn't have any 14' gigas for sale. I am sure he would buy a few 14' for $7000 each if someone was offerring to sell it that price. He may not have room for it but he is the type of person that would build a pond for it.

I am in the process of helping my friend promote his store presence online and having someone make false claim is not a good start. If he is trying to help my friend as well, it's important to get the facts straight.

Just for the record, my original response to the price being high was due to the fact that there are a few small gigas for sale in the store and they are $250 each. OP stating that they are $500 is a huge markup for someone who is acting as a middle man.

That's something we have plans to work on this year. I am going to try to get a website up for him. Is there still a waiting list to be a vendor here?

Last time i was in there its was $350 per. Then there was a second tank with just one double that size. He said $500 for that. Then he told me the ones in the tank were $5000 at that size a few years ago. Now since theyve grown he wanted atleast $7000.

I asked about jars b/c your friend said he was getting a bulk order the 5th. So I call the 5th and apparently all the 500 jars died and to call him next week. I call. He bull****s once again saying there not here yet. I asked about trade in's. Him and the little white guy he works with never heard of a ATF???????? He says its like a "tri color shark". AFTER laughting I walked out. I market up the babies $150. All my LFS mark up 3x's.
