Sorry man, but pretty stupid question for a first post. But i'll bite
You do know how big these things get when fully grown? Anyways to answer your question, yeah you can get them here. Ive seen them around twice in the last few years. I saw some juvies about 2 years ago, they were $850 roughly. Then about 6 months ago i saw some not so small juvies for sale for about $600, no doubt the same batch had out grown their tiny 10 foot tanks and were eating $100 worth of food a week so the owners had to move them along while they could still retain some of the initial cost.

Why build such a big tank? That's a very advanced tank size and if you're not sure what stock is and isn;t available locally then that would indicate you're new to this?
Hi,if you got the right tank for them,then buy them,the bigger tank is always the better with arapaimas.
