Arapaima with yellow tail?

Those are just light colored due to environment. They are being held in a tiny light colored pool. Stress plus matching the surroundings gives you the color they appear to be.
 
actually ya your right those arent albinos didn see the eye carefully the first time lol but still looks cool lol

Not something I would try. I've seen them change behavior when salt was added to the water (not even enough to qualify as 'brackish').

5 species of Arapaima? there is only 1!

There was a study done about a year ago that showed enough genetic difference to seperate Arapaima gigas into 5 different species. It's not something that is widely excepted yet.
