well i see ur point ,also the one made by Tomojsg , a true monster fish keeper with the means to live out his dreams will not hesitate a minute to bring into his world a 15000 g tank ,iam not talking ponds here let,s keep that for Kois for they are best seen in that format, did you know that some of us care about certain hobbies more than our mates, lol ,and in 1/3 of of these cases it is surely the way to go, treat your passion right and you'll be happy 4 ever more, Someday i wish i will have the means to house 2River Dolphins and a couple of pimas BIGG TIME fish keeping in my living room HEy u never knowaclockworkorange;5087115;5087115 said:I very VERY seriously doubt there's many hobbyists that can afford the time and money it costs to build and upkeep a system that large, and most people with money who are just going to hire someone to do it want something more flashy, like a shark tank.
Now, a large tropical pond is more reasonable, especially if you live in a tropical climate. I still wouldn't recommend it... I think these fish should be left in John's tank and large public aquariums. They just get TOO big (even for a monster fish keeper).
