yeahh thats a good deal cuz they can be such monsters and they WILL JUMP out of the tank. When their airborne their heads act as torpedos and when they hit a person there can be lots of damage. So I would recomend puting a lid but leave an airhole and put on a big boulder on so they cant jump out. arapima are powerful fish and if ya handfeed them they may bite your hand off or hit an artery.

holy $75 for a arapima?! wtf...Where!? I'd snatch that in a minute... but prob not a good idea if you know nothing about this species of monster fish. do your research and think long and hard to see if you really want this species of monster fish.

It's a good price, but usually they are taken from the parents too soon when sold small. I'd never start with one under 10" or so.
Also, as posted, if you have to ask if the price is good, you aren't ready to care for one. I had a 2 year old that was 6 feet long.
