archer fish

i just bought an archer fish. does anyone know what tha archer fish diet consisd of. besides feeder fish. please let know, greatly appreciate it. i don't really know. but tha fish looks awsome. thanks

They LOVE bugs, especially crickets. Mines was devouring live crickets on the seconds day I had him. In the wild, they go to the surface and shoot water and flying bugs and eat them when they fall and hit the water, they're really cool.

They should also go for things like floating pellets too but you might need some time to get them used to that.

I had one recently, they usually come in at 2-3 inches.

yah mines is bout 2-3 inches. he ate 7 small crickets today. he is in tha tank with an australian jardini, medium size blak gost, a gold severum and i just put in a mono today.

i'm gonna put a indonesian gold tiger datnoid. they should get a long i'm hoping.

Yeah, try insects. Crickets, grasshoppers, etc. But this is the wrong forums, lol.
