Hello, I have this question. Time ago I have fenestratus and they was paceful. Now I buy some argenteus and zonata and some people said me what I will have problems of agressivity. Is this truth? Now they are about 4" and are pacefull, but I want to know if in a months they will change this character because I was thinking to put brehidori, thanks.

Vieja and Maskaheros I want said, sorry

Depends on tank size, but to my knowledge those are 2 of the more aggressive in that group. I've heard some particularly nasty stories about Argenteus.

I've only started keeping Vieja (Paratheraps) Synspilum, but they are far from weaklings....one of the only fish in the tank that will stand up to my Red Devil girl, so to ME, that's a good sign of aggressive, IMO

The fast growth rate only seems to accelerate it.....they are big and solid and they certainly seem to know it

I had 6 many years ago about 7 years ago and were very docile fish. I have one right now and god damn this guy is a beast he's aggressive and grows fast. I think mine were very docile because most were females I assumed and had an alpha male.
