Are agresive all Vieja and Paratheraps

The Veijas/paratheraps genus has a complete lineup of georgeous @$$holes. Roll the dice, they may play nice.
Most Maskaheros/Vieja will accept any reasonable size aquarium when young.
My argentea (especially males) have always started becoming territorial@6-7" in tanks of 150 gals or less, so I find the comments above about tank size on the money.
If you have a 250 gal tank or more, you should be OK, but for species like argentea, zonatus maculacauda, or regani, you probably need lots of space.
