basically good what the title says.. I mean tigers are not..

say u put a 2 ft aro in a large tank. you throw in 200 baby frys of silver aros bout 2'' each. i think theres high chance of it getting eaten. but if its not a massive difference shouldnt be cannibals unless its severly starved.

Given the proper size and mouth ratio difference it can and has happened....

uh..... big fish lil fish... i wounder who is gonna win...

you mean since this is a question of who is going to win? ;)

you guys know that dats never eats another dat even a miniature one..

..and since aros are mouth brooders and even protect their young I just thought there would be a chance they wouldn't be cannibalistic..

thanks all for a question answered.. :D

well technically it is a case of who will win. cuz if the smaller one dies, technically he lost the battle of survival.

use common sense in this matter, if a fish seems to small, it'll eat it. i promise. datnoids are weird, and aros mouth brood their own young, not fellow tank mates

well, if you put it in a "darwinistic" content sure.. I see were you are coming from..

Its not like I am planning to put a small aro with my 2 big ones.. it was just out of curiosity :) chill.
