Are Black Arrowanas more skittish than Silvers?

My black isn't skittish at all...well, except when I use the Mag-float...He hates that thing.

My silver is crazy. He is totally cool with me walking around the front and sides of tank and even follows me around (probably looking for food), but if he happens to look through the lid of the tank and sees me over the top he freaks out like hes never seen me before.

Just curious about this because my Silver Arrowana is about 20" and whenever I shut the lights out and go to bed he tries to jump or something and makes some loud noises when he does this and will wake me up when it does this. It is really getting under my skin. Would the Black Arrowanas do this too?

Try put a small light some fish get very stress in the dark . Or ur tank too small large aros jump wn tank to small & the lower jaw will protrude out soon after some time.
