While, I may agree with you as, why do they get so much attention. I realize it's my own opinion but I still respect that others like them...just like not everyone will like the fish I like.

Ive never kept them but have been watching videos and reading about them for over a year now. Finally have 5 piquiti coming in. Will be getting some orino later on to try and breed the piiquiti x orino. I think they cichla are one of the most beautiful and amazing fish you can keep and I have never kept them yet. For that to happen they must be so over rated.
