A tub with a mix of rice fish and celestial danios would probably be fastest,but a tub a bluegills could produce more fry if u can collect all the babies.
Just be sure to add insects to the diet of your fishes good insects include:crickets,grasshoppers,katydids,mayfly and damselfly larvae,just be sure to collect in areas without toxic chemicals.
