Are Electric Blue Haps (S. fryeri) too aggressive to be with Peacocks?

I'd be more concerned about the hybrid peacock (OB) than I would the fryeri. Those hybrids can be nasty depending upon what species produced them.
 
Guess I got a mean one lol. He's in my 20 gallon alone for a few weeks to let my new fish settle in. My problem is he is now the largest fish so I'm sure that's why he thinks he's tough. Sure love them though. So much color and personality.
