are Finnex® Titanium Heaters any good?

I was looking around for a heater to heat my future 725 above ground pond. And i saw these titanium heaters at 800 watts for super cheap with controller and i was wondering if they were any good? Would it be almost as good as a elecro heater like http://www.koienterprise.com/Pond-Heaters/Elecro-Heaters-p-523.html if i bought a couple of them?

I wouldn't buy one again. Mine broke after 6months. Woke up a few days ago to a pond with 52 f temp.

dang found some 800 watts for 50 bucks...wat do u use for your pond and what size pond?

I now use a biotherm 1000watt with a ranco controller for my 1500 my Lfs uses the same setup and said they have used it problem fre for 3yrs

how much it set u back? How well does it heat the 1500? What is your room temp around?
