Are there any negative effects after feeding my peacocks and haps frozen brine shrimp and frozen krill?

An occasional feeding of frozen or live foods will not not harm your fish. Frozen brine shrimp has little nutritional value unless it is frozen baby brine.
No negative effects at all, quality frozen food is pathogen -free and fish generally accept it readily. Consider that feeding a single frozen item is generally not sufficient for complete nutrition. You should offer an array of frozen foods, supplemented with pellets. Brine shrimp is not a very nutritious food, if you must feed brine, try spirulina brine, its a little more nutritious. With so many frozen options, you should put several different items into your feeding rotation.
I used frozen krill on ocassion and haven't had any issues, as stated brine unless baby/spirulina fed its not very nutritional. I have fed baby brine as well as beefheart. Frozen food is a nice supplment to your fishes diet.
This might be a dumb question, but how important is it to make sure that the food is completely thawed out before feeding. I always soak my frozen food in a cup of tank water for half an hour or so before I dump it into the tank to make sure it's fully thawed.
Cold food wont hurt the fish, and in tank water it will thaw very quickly. I guess its like people eating ice cream- no problem whatsoever.
