Are Heterotilapia buttikoferi banned in utah?

It says on the restricted species list that tilapia are banned. RESTRICTED SPECIES LISTS Does that inculde zebra tilapia?

Did you see the link I posted? Yes I did see the thread and it just says that tilapia are banned like I mentioned. My question is does that include zebra tilapia?

The entire Genus; Tilapia is banned in Utah. This includes the zebra tilapia (Herotilapia buttikoferi - formerly Tilapia buttikoferi).
