believe it or not koi can be damn more expensive than that especially if you get some type of Japan bred koi..

One of my neighbors had a breeding koi insured for $60,000. Amazing a fish could have a value like that.
its a rich mans deal aka douche bags deal... people pay that so they can say i payed this much for that fish... tards.
