I feed mainly pellets and flakes. Every other day I'll toss in freezes dried bloodworms/krill and every Saturday I'll feed frozen bloodworms in the afternoon and frozen silversides at night for my cats.
99.999% of the time, its NLS for most of my fish. Giant gourami gets pellets twice a week, otherwise its fruits and veggies. Cold water natives gets Jumbomins most of the time with live critters I catch during the warm seasons.
