Are pleuro's the only active channa?

Is it true that pleuro's are the only active channa? I read that from one of the sticky's up top.
 
other snakehead quite active also, but pluero is the most active.
 
i never keep obscura before. what i can say its not very active and spend most of it time hiding.
 
i think reds are quite active as well....mine never stop swimming frm end to end when the lights are on

agree. same as mine especially during feeding time. :D

yeah...sometimes im worried abt the concussions they might have due to constant headbutting the front glass when they c me near the tank:D

pleuros seem to be the only channa that is constantly active/swimming when full grown , micros spend much time sitting on the bottom when fully grown allthough very active when young , obscura is the same they tend to just hang out mid water when older ,

most channa are pretty active when younger but activity slows right down as they grow

i would say pleuro is the only channa that actually chooses to swim about constantly when adult
