Are Silver Arowana dangerous to humans?

No he is a Labrador, will Redtail bite full grown Labs? He is a bit bigger than your usual lab, not because he is fat though, he is more like the size of a Golden Retriever. According to TLKmDN some fish in his pond will bite humans, and his pond includes Silver Arowana, Redtails and Paroons. Maybe he was just talking about his alligator gar.

Are there any type of popular aquarium fish that are dangerous to large dogs or humans?

i was once pulled into the pond by my RTC cuz the end of my shirt was hanging in pond during feeding time and he pulled me IN!

My 27" silver actually jumped out of the tank to bite my hand when I doing maintenance, I pause to talk to my wife and the f er jumped and bit, it drew blood but more or less just scared the crap out of me, I think your dog will be fine
