Are tank backgrounds hard to find?

the cheapest would be going to a fabric store or the like, and just get a piece of thin black material, like felt as was mentioned, or something similiar. it cant cost more than a few bucks for a large piece of it, and you could hae leftovers for other tanks too.

I use black felt and velcro on the outside back of my 180. Cheap and easy.

its also very cheap! get 100ft by 36'' for under $10.
this is way cheaper then going to a fabric store..

I got my felt and velcro for my 180 for under $5

paint the OUTSIDE of it. small can of latex is about $10, better than spraying because you don't have to empty the tank and take it outside.
