are tems aggressive bass ?

so as some of you know i scored a couple tems from a LFS for super cheap ! ive noticed they like to bump into one another, and one takes his mouth/nose and pushes it into the other's side... and once in awhile they swim after someone in the tank and like bump there nose/head into the other fish almost like there body checking someone lol but it doesnt happen very often at all once in a blue moon but i thought i would ask anyway just so i know for future refrence basically...

I've noticed that most small bass, at least the ones I have owned are usually punks, but as mine got bigger, this usually stopped. But then again, it will mostly depend on each individual bass. I'm not a fan of dithers unless absolutely needed and if its needed in my tank, I usually sell of the troublemaker. I'm thinking about getting an Atabapo Pike, they usually keep things in check. I had a Lenticulata Pike in with my bass but he was too mean, the last Ata I had was perfect but my Xingu Pike was even better till he jumped out of the tank.

In my experience orinos are the most aggressive.I have a three incher that is already pushing the other more established growouts around.I remember this kind of behavior from orinos I have had in the past....I also am not a big fan of dithers.

Does anyone know if there is anything I can do to maybe calm down the aggression level in my tank, lately my fish have just sorta been asses to each other, my tank includes
1 occelaris about 6-7 in(probably the most mellow fish in the tank)
1 temensis 4-5 in
1 tiger day 3-4 in
1 rtc 4 in
1 leaf fish about 4 in
