just wondering if there's any sites or anything with some good looking fake plants.

i want to put a few tall lush looking fakies in my 90 for some places for my IT dats to hide around, not much.

any sites you guys might know of?

YES!! just found out about this over the weekend.... Out here on the east coast we have a Michaels.. it's an arts and craft store... my buddy bought some and did his tank... a lot of them looked real... If west coast has any chain arts and craft stores i would check that out...I'm going some time this week myself!

Check out the ones made by "Fancy Plants". Dr Foster/Smith sells them. Come 3ft tall

Another place you can check locally, if not so much internet litterate, is the reptile place in your local pet store........There you will find a company that makes plastic vines.......Very long, stringy, and bushy.......All the good looking works that will any 100g and up..........Most people hang these "vine" plants from the top corner of there tank and just let it flow with the output...........

Sorry to necro this thread, but I have a question. Are the fake plants from Michael's, Hobby Lobby, etc. ok to put in your tank? They won't leech out toxins? Same for the "reptile" plants?

I've been getting mine at Michael's/MJDesigns for years. The have some that look just like the ones PetSmart sells but for half the price and they're bigger and better.

They don't have a base so I stick the end in an small upsidedown terra cotta pot and surround it with river rocks....or stick the end thru holes in my driftwood. All these are from Michael's.
