Are these Bahia Kelberi juveniles?

That was the first place I looked, it's conveniently located, even for a dope like me. The lighting is so different in the photo there where fish are about the same size as the ones I saw, so I felt it made it difficult to judge. The juvy in this link seems to have been photographed under similar lighting, looks similar to the ones I posted, and is ID'd as a Kelberi as well:

Bruce's fish isn't a Kelberi, his is a Guyana ocell.

Price: it's a good way to ID a bass.

Trust: do you trust the fish store you where at?

To me, buying from a pet shop, I always ask myself "do I trust them"?

To me, I can honestly say that I can't tell at that size. 1"-3" is A pain to ID.

At that size u can only go based off of what they seller says. And like Pete said, trust, if u trust the seller. The tail occlet is a good indicator between a CB Bahia kel and a WC kel, meaning if u KNOW both are kels, the ocelet is a good way to tell the diff between the 2. Not to tell if its a kel or not.

Hayn sent me a link to the PBass journal that describes all these guys, and pretty much like you guys said, it'll have to come down to trust. According to the journal, they don't show any distinctive qualities from c. monoculus or c. nigromaculata until spots appear on the pelvic, anal, and lower half of the caudal fin, unless you count scales along the lateral line, which isn't easy on a live fish. Thanks for the help folks :)
 
Update....for what it's worth, since I took the original pictures, all three developed one or more gold spots on the anal fin. There's your verdict.
