I thought they had no "beak" just a "more" regular looking sloping forehead but still retained the triangular shaped trademark parrot mouth.

Yes no beak like face, more rectangular body, normal closing mouth, and typically deeper body color. But some of these low quality Blood Parrots they are pumping out fit that description but that doesn't make them King Kong.

all of these are good quality KKP juvies. You gotta take them home and fatten them up and grow them out into big ones.
