Are these lights ok?

Well i want to change my 29gal community tank into a 29gal planted community tank.

And i have been struggling to find good plant lights round here! And I am going out around the lancaster area where That Fish Place is Located and was wandering if one of these lights would be gould for my 29gal? Because i am not sure if the spectrum is right or not!

any of these have good enough spectrums? all plants will have to moerate light requirments!
 
Those lights would do nothing for plants. Look for a Hagen HO T5 Glo fixture, and the Lifeglo 2 HO T5 bulbs. These will get the most bang for the buck.

the one on big al's is T8 wats the difference? are there any good bulbs for it on big al's or that pet place? because these are my only sources that i have regular acess to my LFS dont carry much in the lighting section ecspecially not plant lights
 
Those are the wrong lights. Those are T8s, I recommended the HO T5 lights. Also, the aquaglo lights are too high in K rating. Use the bulb I recommended.
 
I am actually also looking to suit up my fish tank with a new light. I also have a 29 gallon and it came with some fluorescent bulb but have no idea on its quality (got the whole setup for $50). The tank is also a community one and over the past week i have been changing it into a planted community tank. Here are some pix:

So my question is .. how much would one expect to pay for a decent HO T5 bulb??

Where can i find them? Do they have them on any of these websites? I am a huge noob at planted tanks! Are there any HO T5 lights on these websites? Whats HO stand for?
