There are a lot of ways to tell once you have seen enough of them the main thing I go buy are
Head slope- Ocels seem to have more of a gradual head slope
Eyes- Ocels and orinos will usually have red eyes
Body color- Ocels will have more of a copper color where monos will be very bright green
bars- on an ocel the 3rd bar will fade to just a spot
