theres always so much debate which species pbass are........ truth is most SE asia farmed pbass are probably hybrids..... keep in mind the breeding stock was shipped to asian over 20years ago....... in asia they only refer to pbass as 2 species.... ocell, and temensis......
and i really do not see them trying to produce anyother variety because the general consumer cannot tell the difference..... heck you guys cannot tell the difference....... lol

If they are 6-7" they are not ever going to be Orino. At that size most Occilaris will have red eyes. That leads me to belive they are Mono's.

They dont look like orino's to me, more like monos. every orino ive seen a picture of small has more O like black bars instead of 3 straight top to bottom bars.
