Are these pinima?

hi jamie good to see another cichla keeper in scotland. i got a pinima last week and 5 Orinocensis. the pinima i got looks a lot like yours but the orinocensis defiantly look like temensis to me with a solid black line throw them they are very small at the moment tho.
Not many of us in Scotland! Where did you get yours? I have 3 mono and 2 pinima now (assuming these are pinima), would be a bummer if your orino ended up being tems!
Best picture I could get, so are they pinima or are they still too small? Also, I just got home and the 5 cichla were hungry and up waiting for food, I tried presoaked pellets and one of the new ones ate 2 and the larger monos were chewing them and spitting them out, should I not feed them anything else until they keep eating the pellets or are they too small to risk starving for a day or 2?
i just crush up some pellets and put them in strait away i dont soak them. its normal for them to spit it out a few times before eating them. they do need a lot of feeding at this size i keep the temp well up around 30 to 34 they feed beter and grow faster. i got them from g and e aquatics did yours come from aquatank? i will try get a pic of mine after they settle in.
Soaked the pellets in bloodworm juices and all of the bass are hitting them hard and swallowing them, I'm a happy guy!
They're taking pellets no so should put some more size on now. Got the 3 monos from aquatank and got the other 2 from the fin room.
