Are these Rams deformed?

Hi,

There is 3 Rams that look like this. Do you think they are deformed or just stressed out?

They get food, but their bellies don't look as plump as the others. And their fins are down like how you see. I can tell they are less dominant too, cause they get picked on a little.

How long have you had them? What's the pH of the tank?

Almost 2 weeks. PH around 7.6

Can they expand their fins or are they permanently clamped this way? I've had angels, discus, and other cichlids born with clamped fins that are culls. They do not look right from the pictures you posted. I wouldn't breed fish that looked like that.

I think they need acidic water. Mines in acidic and they're loving it.

Water change, water change, water change! A lower pH would help too, Rams come from very acidic conditions. Ken
