Are these shrimp a dye job or for real?

It is real. They breed all kinds of colored shrimp.

Blue black yellow green, you name it. check out the invertebrate/shrimp section on Planted Tank Central.

Seeing as how the auction you posted is in china, I myself am weary of shipping. There are blue shrimp, as well as other funky varieties. Hard to say if those are real or dyed, but I've had blueberry shrimp that were quite blue.
