In my 29g I have some bladder snails and I believe they’ve laid eggs but not sure. Also I do want the snails as the other snails and fish will eat the young snails and eggs. (I am currently getting rid of the hydra and there’s very few left )

A little over a week, but that spike spot will stay there If you don’t take it off.
What do you mean by spike spot? I just found another cluster of eggs along with one of the snails upside down moving underneath the water surface.
Pond snails lay eggs in sacs like that. Once they hatch the sac goes away (unlike nerites which don’t hatch and leave a nice big mark). They hatch after a week or so, and then the exponential growth begins. Soon you will have more than you know what to do with, but fish love to eat them!
Pics? Probably. Nerites can only hatch in brackish if I’m correct.
Pond snails breed like rabbits. The eggs look similar.
