are these tanks overstocked?

Probably on a drip system, FYI the 'paima one is photoshopped, not sure about the other one.
 
pima not photoshopped, pretty sure theres other pix of that tank. even looking at that picture up close i dont seen any signs of 'shoppin.

i dont think i would ever keep something like the first tank, but i dont really think its "cruel".
 
I I like overstocking IF you can watch a fish and follow it with your eyes without losing it among the other fish. That's just what I like, tanks that are filled to the brim with fish are just not my style.
